NEIL P. McNULTY

Neil McNulty founded McNulty Management Group and manages all its daily operations.

With a quarter century in the search and placement industry, Neil has placed more military personnel than anyone, anywhere, in the USA today. He is universally recognized as "The Father of Geographically Targeted Military Placement" for his creation of the “30/30 Placement Program™”, (“30/30”), the nation’s first and most effective method for placing transitioning military service members into opportunities which are located in the exact geographic locations of their choosing. “30/30” eliminated the “you must go where our jobs are” problem faced by generations of transitioning military personnel.

After college, Neil served for five years as an officer in the Marine Corps. He was a rifle (infantry) platoon commander, infantry battalion operations liaison officer, tactics instructor, and commanding general’s aide de camp. He deployed overseas for two six month periods, and left active duty in 1983 to join a leading defense consulting firm.

In 1984, Neil began his placement career with Management Recruiters International (MRI), the world’s preeminent search and placement company at that time. Beginning as an account executive, he later managed two award winning MRI offices, eventually becoming a franchise owner. He earned many top MRI awards to include his region’s “Rookie of the Year” honors; earning “Perennial Pacesetter” status; and gaining entry into MRI’s “Hall of Fame” in less than seven years, an achievement which normally required an entire career at MRI to attain.

In 1994, Neil took the “theory” of geographically targeted military placement and made it a reality by creating the “30/30 Placement Program™”. “30/30” is universally recognized as the most effective system anywhere for geographically targeted placement of military personnel. It is the industry’s “gold standard” and is offered only by firms licensed to provide this unique service.

Neil is quoted frequently in the national media, in books, and in employment industry publications.He is also the co-author of the best selling job hunting book "The Quick 30/30 Job Solution" (C) 2009. In addition to his own placement activities, he leads a network of placement firms which use the 30/30 Placement Program™ as a business model. He is also one of the few advisors who provide career management services to retired flag and general officers.
